Setsubun is a Japanese holiday.

"Oni wa soto, fuku wa uchi!" = 'Demons outside, fortune inside!'

Today is Ogino-sensei's birthday. Her first name is/was Setsuko. Makes it easy to remember her birthday, huh?

I was her student twice- first as a second-grader *lol* and then as an tenth grader.

I don't think I'm going to be doing anything else for this mini-event, but as I thought about it, I figured I could at least draw this!

I read 21 books, saw 6 movies in the theater (out of 15 total), read 41 manga/graphic novels (some of them were just one volume and others many and some I didn't have the opportunity to finish this year), and listened to sooo much music.

We had our Thanksgiving from a (relatively) nearby place called Urban Plates. I think it was better than last year's from Lucille's (also, no one felt even mildly ill, ha ha XD;).
