the hands-down greatest program to ever air on npr is the prairie home companion, followed in order by "wait, wait, don't tell me," "hey, whattya know?," nhpr's "the front porch," nhpr's "the exchange," "Car Talk," and this thing they do with lesser known musicians. oh, and the second, and it's a close second, in line is a program where writers read their stuff...i don't remember the title. sedaris is on there occassionally, there's a guy who writes about growing up jewish, and other storytellers. maybe it's the next big thing. that's a cool program.
the worst thing they do is "sound money," which is the only thing worse than the fundraising drives that never seem to end.

i have an ipod mini. you have a kick ass job. we can trade.
