I'm melting

It's way too hot here. For the first few weeks here, the weather was really pleasant, but then it take a dramatic turn for the worse. Yesterday, it reached a high of 33 degrees celcius, which is somewhere in the neighbourhood of 100 of our crazy american degrees. Today, it's supposed to reach 40. Hey Seth,
We had a very hot May 23rd as well - 85 which is HOT for Seattle in May. Its much cooler this week - stop in and see us a UWCH when you get back home, fill us in on all the scoop, bring pictures. BTW, Rebecca is leaving the end of June.

Have fun, don't melt, eat more gelato, that's what I did to stay cool - or just jump off a cliff into the Ocean. Lynette

I myself was dying of heat the other day in Bergamo Italy; and it must have been only around 80 or so. 100 I am not ready for. Today I hiked to the top of this mountain here in Grenoble, France and it was actually snowing at the top which was nice, cool, and much more normal to me, despite the fact that it is May 31.

We can handle it, perhaps we should hire our own personal servents to constantly dump buckets of ice on us. That may be the only way to dal with the Saharan inferno.
