Trying to talk myself into doing this. Craig got a new phone today (his went swimming the other night, finally died). He went with T-Mobile and got a really good plan, shiny new phone. We'd been talking about getting a plan together (maybe even getting Amelia a phone too). Only reason I didn't today is I haven't really got the $80 to spend on

You can always get a free phone with t-mobile. I still work there so if you have any questions let me know. the only problem is with T-mobile we are not everywhere in Maine So if your going up towards Jackman good luck with reception. I would be careful getting a plan with them only reason is if they dont pay the bill all three phones will be shut off even if you paid yours.

i have t-mobile and it comes in up in jackman..just from solon up to jackman..once you hit solon you lose service to you get up towards j-town

His phone even came in in Milo. It switches between networks. While in milo, it was running of the Unicel towers.

Most places have deals to get a discount/rebate/whatever when you get a new phone with a 2 year contract. You can basically get a phone for free. The thing to look out for is how that's offered. With AT&T, Rob and I got 2 of the same phones, and one was basically free. However, you had to pay the price, and then send in the rebate, and it came back as a Visa gift card kind of thing. I know whatever company Chris works for is similar--you pay the price of the phone and have to send off for the rebate. There are still some phones that are pretty cheap even without the rebate. Rob and I added his mom to our plan, and we got her a flip phone, Nokia, for something like $30
