...I'm sorry I haven't been in the most pleasant of moods, especially on a day like today. I don't even remember thanking you for freeing me... so, thank you, Roy. Truly.

Please don't feel obliged to do anything- I'm simply grateful to be back as opposed to sharing a cell with a certain tetchy, hormonal sky pirate. But if you had plans, then of course I'm happy to comply.
