Especially fannish things.

So, I just managed to pay enough attention to realize that:

1) It's Sho's birthday and therefore Aquarius season and therefore nearly baranoneko's birthday as well as my fathers and Benkei's.

Have you finished Torchwood S2/Children of Earth yet?

No. I'm taking S2 of Torchwood and and S4 of Doctor Who more slowly so I can enjoy them, because I know how little there is left after that. I'm also not sure when I'll get up the will to watch Children of Earth, because I know enough about what happens that I know it will break my heart.
I'm sure there will be rants forthcoming when I do get on toward the end though.

Sad that CoE was spoiled for you, but unsurprising given how long it's been around. Definitely worth watching, even though I will never forgive RTD for what he did. Ever. It is good that you were able to get through S1 of Torchwood and still want to watch S2, because S1 was pretty weak in comparison to S2.

I would definitely say that you should try to finish up Doctor WHo S4 because while Tennant leaves, and it is tragic, Matt Smith really is fantastic as the Doctor and I love him to pieces. He makes the role his own and he is just so much fun to watch.
