Due to a turn in financial events (aka school sending me a bill of an enormous amount), having to pay rent for August, and losing my job recently, I regret to inform that I will NOT be attending Otakon 2006. Since moving to Chicago, East Coast cons are a bit difficult for me to get to. It involves getting off of school, getting off of work, getting a plane ticket, and a place to stay. That costs a pretty penny of money. If I go to any other East Coast cons before next Otakon, it would be Katsucon. Sorry, but Katsucon is more worth my money than AnimeUSA.

*hugs back* Thanks for the support. I was hoping people would understand that the choice came down to paying August's rent or going to Otakon, and that having a roof over my head is much more important. Thank you for understanding.
