I really appreciate the staging of the photo. Putting it in a beaker, how conceptual! So I need to ask again, does that term mean that it has human genes? I've heard of chimeric sheep.

chimeric mouse generally means it has some cells that contains doctored genes and some are completely normal (hence the weird patchy coat color). The doctor genes can be mix with human genes.
