Yeah, that's 12 Rounds, starring John Cena. It's supposed to be a detective/action movie that takes place during Mardi Gras (i honestly don't know if it is an action movie, but every movie John Cena's done so far was action...).

I was out there waiting for the bus. It was almost here, then they had to close the street so the streetcar could push the cop car down the street. I was kinda annoyed, but it looked cool.
