Those people in New Orleans were warned a million times to get out because their city couldn't handle it if a Hurricane hit but did the dumb people leave, no, they sat there. Yeah, it's no ones fault but their own.

but the people who did evacuate still have the same problem as the people who did; they're all homeless. and its NOBODYS fault that the hurricane hit, its not like they planned it.

Yeah I know..I even donated money and all that but some of the people didn't even make an attempt to leave, I know some of them couldn't but some just completely ignored everybody.

well you gotta think of this too, some people didnt have a way outta the city except walk or somthing. So they prolly jus said fuck it and stayed.
