he wouldn't decide whether this was strictly physical or it was more than that
(he said it was both--which it obviously can't be)

so i told him that maybe i'd call him when i get back from chicago.
meh? i'm not sad. more disappointed than anything. maybe he'll change his mind after a week of deprivation
