Since the questions are in English, I made an effort and wrote everything in English. Maybe someday the whole journal will be in English. That will be when I'll have enough confidence to write something without correcting and changing it a thousand times.
Anyway, I stole this from
ladyphantomhive What are your top 3 favorite foods?
I like sweets. Right now I'd kill for macarons, or a punshkraphen, or a cheese cake. Nothing that I can find in Italy without having to sell my soul to pay for it, especially macarons. *wants*
What was the last book you read and would you recommend it?
I read many japanese books lately, for the Japanese literature class. I'd recommend something by Mishima, maybe "Confessions of a Mask". But the last book I read is Rat-Man's last issue (a very stupid Italian comic, as you can guess by the title).
What are your top 3 favorite places?
Anywhere in Paris, almost anywhere in Turin and the seaside in general.
What was the last lie you told?
I don't know, I probably told a stupid lie to my mother.
What are your favorite 3 sports (to watch or participate in)?
I don't like sports, except for ice-skating and swimming. Oh, and dancing para-para with my friends. But otherwise I'm too lazy! I spend my days sitting at my desk or sleeping. Or walking around the town for hours, but that's not a sport. And I don't watch any sport at all! Sometimes i watch soccer, but that's very rare. And I don't really watch the game itself.
What was the last movie you watched and would you recommend it?
I saw Eclipse with my friends. No, I don't recommend it. I don't really like the story, and to be honest the only reason why I went to the cinema is because I wanted to meet my friends. It was fun to hear their comments during the movie, but everyone else in the room seemed pissed. Oh, well.
List 3 things you can see outside of the nearest window.
The night sky, trees, and hills.
Where was the last place you went?
Turin. I went shopping and avoided university, for today.
What are your top 3 favorite “good causes” or charities?
There is a "good cause" that I helped a little once. It's an organization of young homosexual students in my university, their goal is fighting homophobia, which has been a huge problem in Italy lately. Some good friends of mine are in this organization and one night they asked me to help them spreading not-too-legal advertisements around the town. We stayed up until morning light, painting purple pawns at every bus stop (but don't worry, we used a paint that the rain can wash away).
I don't know what other good causes I can name, but I care a lot about animals and environmental problems.
What was the last thing you did for someone else?
I helped my friend carrying her shopping bags. She bought way too much stuff!
Name 3 places you have never been that you want to visit.
Japan (I'll go there in October), London, then some city in the US but I can't make up my mind.
What was the last thing you threw in the garbage/recycling?
The ice cream's envelopment.
Name 3 things on your bedside table.
Candles, shells, and a collection of ghost stories.
Describe or name the last piece of art you looked at.
Oh, I don't remember! But I guess it was one of the many paintings that my aunt has in her house. She brought some of them from Africa, they're very interesting.
What are the top 3 things that your job requires you to think about?
I''m a student, it's not a job, but let's say... get decent grades, take as many exams as possible and try not to slack off, learn decent Japanese.
What was the last musical or theatrical event that you attended?
A couple of weeks ago I went to a concert. It was Cristina D'Avena's with Gem Boy concert. For non-italian readers: Cristina D'Avena is a female singer who sang all the openings to the anime that were on tv during '80s and '90s, when I was a child. In Italy, anime openings often have a version in Italian ans she used to sing them all. So at the concert there were hundreds of people in their twenties or thirties singing every song by heart and going crazy as if they were at some huge rock concert. And Gem Boy is a band that makes parodies of other songs, so the concert overall was very fun.

I wish I was a better singer, I wish I could do figure skating and I wish I could drive better.
What was the last thing that someone said to you that you will remember forever?
My friend told me that I'm paranoid. It's not big news, but she sent me a message where she just wrote "paranoid". I'm going to keep that in mind. XD
