‘he’ was everything first to him. His first crush, first time being a stalker, first time spending a whole bunch of money for phone bills and first time he got his heart broken. Who is he? Ah well, just some guy known as Lee Donghae.
“hyuk-ah, there he is!!look!!!!”
“……”
“tch,I figured u must’ve already saw him coming. Even if he’s behind a wall!”
“…..”
“yahhh! Snap out of it! He’s gone already”
“..huh? what are talking about? Who’s gone?...”
“ah,real clever lee hyuk jae, pretending I don’t see you spazzing a sec again”
“…I wasn’t spazzing, I was just….hey Minnie!!!wait!!!”
So, it is obvious that lee hyukjae is head over heels in love with lee donghae. The feeling got stronger with each passing days. He went to class early just to see donghae goes to class. He starts to hang out at the library because donghae loves being there. Sometimes he even skipped or going late to class just so he could catch a glimpse of donghae. And don’t even count the time he wants to go to the ‘toilet’ but he was around the campus stalking a certain lee donghae. It amazes everyone how hyukjae is totally in love with donghae. But, every time they ask him to confess, the answer is always the same,
“what?NOOOO. he doesn’t even know me. I would totally look stupid”

So, the madness continues for days and months.
“hey hyuk, happy birthday!~ I have a very special present for you!”
“thanks hyung! I know you would give me a present! What is it??”
“here”
“huh? A piece of paper?...with numbers? What is this? Some kind of lottery number or something hyung?”
“pabo,that’s your love phone number. If you don’t want it, its okay then”
“…….”
“aish, why are you crying? You should be thanking me..”
“hyung! Thank you so much, this is the best birthday ever!”
With the phone number of the one he loves, hyukjae was grinning from ear to ear thinking what should he send to donghae. After much debate within himself, he started with a simple hello. And guess what, the said person replied instantly. They chat about everything, the college, their courses, their hometown, families, current issues, entertainment, just everything would be fine for them. But the thing is lee hyukjae never tells lee dongae his name. He was still shy and he doesn’t want donghae to hate him or anything. After few weeks of chatting with a total stranger, well he doesn’t know his name rite, donghae decided he needs to stop playing this game. Its not amusing anymore. Therefore, hyukjae was left with confusion and frustrated when donghae wont reply to his messages and wont even pick up the phone. That is until one day, after thousands messages, missed calls and voicemails. Donghae send him a message;
‘stop bothering me’
And, that done it. Hyukjae was in a total mess. His hyung regretted ever giving him that bastard lee donghae his phone number. Hyukjae cant sleep without crying his heart out every night. His heart aches every time he saw donghae. He cant even hear the name “donghae” he feels angry, hurt, sad and broken. After a month of going through these shit, hyukjae decided its time to move on. He tells everyone that he is going to forget about donghae, meet new people and be happy. What everyone knows and hyukjae doesn’t realize is that he’s saying all that with tears in his eyes. But everyone knows even hyukjae knows, he wont be able to move on. His friends avoid the topic as much as they can. But sometimes they would want to test him, but even hearing his name makes hyukjae shivers and his eyes wet with tears. After learning the fact of how much hyukjae was into donghae, all of his friends never spoke of donghae again and they even avoid hyukjae to catch even a glimpse of donghae. It was very dangerous to their friend. Hyukjae knows and aware of what his friends have been doing for him, he was thankful to have such considerate friends. But he knows deep down in his broken little heart, he cant do it, he cant forget about him. Even a simple thought of him makes its hard for him to breath, its like having someone chock him to death. Thank god his friends don’t know that he woke up in the middle of the night and cries his heart out. He was a mess, he knows, everyone knows. He blames donghae for everything but deep down he knows its his own fault, for falling in love with the wrong person. It hurts. Everything is just hurting him.
There's nothing worse than meaning nothing to the person who means everything to you.
Two months of skipping class, four times of meeting the counselor, two times got called by the lecturer and countless of warning letters; that was about what it takes to make hyukjae back in class again, but he was not even half of himself. But he decided to focus on his studies and to hell with other things. After much struggle, pain, and endless support from his friends and family, hyukjae made it. He succeeded to further his studies in London.
Even now, even after three years in London. He cant forget about him. He wont. He still loves him dearly and his love has matured now, he now hopes donghae is happy with his love ones. And yet lee hyukjae never aware that he says that with tears in his eyes.
