well i'd really like to know what i did to lose that job then, because it was all i had. that really bothers me -- i haven't tried so hard at a job in a long, long time. i guess it's a pretty good lesson not to get used to anything because it can be taken away just that quickly, for no apparent reason at all.

i do want to come to your candle party, you'll probably have to call and remind me, i should still be in michigan at that time. it'll probably be the last time we have a chance to hang out since i'm leaving for florida at the end of september, but... we'll have a good time. i'll try my hardest to remember!

my birthday is august 16th and totally want you to come. i think we're going to the loft, and then to wherever the spirits carry us i guess. :) call me!
