I'm finally here, at the dreaded Miami University in Oxford, OH. I bitched the whole day and wasn't very nice to my parents. I cried when they dropped me off, and I'm ashamed of the fuss I made, even if it's wrong of them to be making me stay here ( Read more... )

Haha, not British, just in pseudo college. And I don't smell anymore, I got drenched in the rain trying to call Moolz and took a shower so I wouldn't die. Then I put on my grandma slippers and shmoozed around.

i only get decent serivce on the campus, and i'm usually pretty busy when i'm here, so don't worry about it. i get random little breaks in the day, so i'll call you during one of those.

I miss you, too. It was great seeing you this weekend, a breath of fresh air. We should go riding. I'm sure we can go for the day on a weekend when I don't have class.

April is sitting at her desk right now working on our philosophy homework, and she keeps talking to avoid it and it's annoying, but other than that she's incredibly nice and accomidating. She found our classes and the mess hall today and is overall a very responsible young lady. Plus she occasionally laughs at my jokes and tells me about life in a small town.

Elaine likes older men and is Asian, as I've already mentioned. She and I have been pal-ing around and tomorrow morning we, amanda, and an emo kid named Dennis are going to wake up early and make use of the rec center. It should be a real kick.

I don't know why I left. It's really not so bad here, but I miss you guys already. I'm having a good time, but I can't wait to come home and finally make cupcakes with you.
