A couple of days ago my mom went to publix to cash a couple of pathetic child support checks. We were waiting in line and my brother, who happened to be with us at the time, was beginning to get a little bored. So he went over and grabbed the new Harry Potter book from a shelf and began to read it. My mom had said it was ok, but I didn't hear her. ( Read more... )

:D That was really sweet. I think something like that happened to me when I was a kid- it involved a toy of some sort- but I can't remember.

which is a good thing, because i was starting to think there werent any good people like that anymore...

Have you seen the movie pay it forward? cause thats the kind of thing i would do. have everyone else repay my self-less kindness by doing a good, kind out of your way deeds for 3 random people. i would do it in a heartbeat! we need that... in todays society ^.-
