When the door was opened, Vanya was not greeted by another student but by the sounds of Beethoven's String Quartet #14. Seven, meanwhile, continued to idly gaze upward at the ceiling. Her ears told her who had arrived.
The question almost seemed trivial as the visitor had already opened the door, leaning in enough to find her up on her bed. "Yes," came the quiet response, so subtle that it almost blended with the music flowing through the air. "You may." Little else need be said until she determined why Vanya was here. Her head rolled to one side as she gazed downward at the older girl, now a professor as well.
Vanya entered the large room and closed the door behind her. She did not move further into the room, since this was far enough to perform any kind of communication. She leaned a bit against the door, looking up at the girl lying on her bed.
"You have a good taste," Vanya commented idly. "It doesn't happen often people around here prefer classical music over all that pop music and other things." She had never liked all that pop, punk, rock and other genres most of the students listened to. It could not even be called 'music' in her opinion.
"But that is not why I came. You came to me a while ago with a question I could not answer. So I have done some research, for as far as there is something written about it. I don't know if you are still interested in an answer."
"If you had come for the music, I would have been quite surprised." Almost deadpan, Seven looked downward at Vanya with a blank expression that was hard to read. "A good number of students have come in regards to Jessica's 'rock' music. I've yet to hear someone complain about Ludwig van Beethoven."
Her head then rolled away slightly, her eyes following the path back up to the patch of ceiling that seemed to utterly fascinating. "I have an interest in a good many topics," she truthfully replied, distancing herself from the question as she had attempted to do earlier to no avail. "But I do not think there are any answers. Only more questions..."
