I am very pleased that I already thought of more than 3 things that I'm grateful for and more than 1 thing to reflect on that's positive. However, going forward I think I'm going to try to stick to the ONLY 3/ONLY 1 rule so that I have to decide between all of the things I'm grateful for and things that are positive and only pick the ones that I am profoundly grateful for/positive about. Fewer things, more quality thinking.
