I'm really happy about my sourdough bread. I have baked sourdough before, but never had TOOO much success. A co-worker and fellow foodie at my internship gave me 75g of her starter the other day, and I was SO excited to bake with it. I don't particularly like the process of starting a new starter, so it was great that she gave it to me

Holy crap, that thing is bigger than your head!! :D I love sourdough. Doses it freeze well? I always eat bread too slowly and it ends up going bad.

Also, love the "Happy birthday" construction paper message lol.

ive never frozen this before, but i always freeze all types of breads and never have problems. i just throw them in the toaster oven til ready to eat! i have a problem eating bread, too...which is strange since its one of my main hobbies to bake bread. i end up making breadcrumbs for bean burgers or some italian recipe. hahaha. :)
