Should I grow my fringe or not?

If I grow it out:
1. ..I have to pick up a comb. HAHA.
2.I have to pin my fringe when i bend my head when im writing.

Reasons to cut:
1. I uh, like cutting my fringe. HAHA.
2. Singapore's very hot.
3. Short fringe, save shampoo, easier to dry.
