Putting aside the whining in this post for a moment, learn to lock your entries better. If I can read it, so can others. Five-year-olds can protect their journals better than you.
Talk to Hiruma. He can give you some tips, and he'll make sure you use them.
If you can't learn to lock your entries properly, then at the very least never mention what ship you're on, or you won't be on it any longer.

I don't need any tips from that man, and I didn't mention our ship, our destination, or any specifics on our intentions.
Captain, I apologize for the momentary lapse in judgment, but as much as I can appreciate your quickness to protect the ship, you don't have to be so harsh.
I've worked myself numb to get your ship into fighting shape again. I've reinforced the ship's hull, made the engines faster than ever, and fixed all the damage from your last attempts at raiding, and then you turn around and look down your nose at me because I'm not so eager to fight? I'm the shipwright.
It's fine. You're the captain, and it's your ship to command as you see fit. I signed on for this, and if this is what it takes to fulfil my obligations, then I'll raise my sword against anyone you tell me to.

I said I was going to put aside the whining, since I don't give a shit about that, but since you've brought it up: You're on a pirate ship. Pirates pirate. Get over it and get over yourself. You're no more moral than the rest of us here. We do what we have to do for a living in this hell hole.
Either way, that wasn't the point of my talking to you. The amount of work you've done or haven't done won't mean a thing if we're all caught and killed. So all I ask, no demand, is that you take a little more caution in your posts.
So if you don't want me to see your private thoughts like this, either learn to lock or go back to paper.

I'm sure you could defend a lot of things with that big sword.
If you don't feel up to it, it would probably be best if you stayed behind. A fighter not wanting to be in the battle can be more of a hinderence than a help.
Oh really, Fucking Fanboy? You signed on to a pirate ship and then start wringing your hands when the time comes to actually do some fucking pirating? What a fucking pussy.
I came on board here to travel. Pirate ships tend to visit an exotic locale or two, so I thought I'd pay my way by fixing up this ship (and I did) and try to enjoy the experience.
If you'd like to, I'll show you how much of a pussy I am compared to a scrawny punk like you.

I wouldn't worry too much about the raid. You're one of the shiprights, right? I doubt the Captain expects you to be on the front lines, so no one's going to call you out if you want to stay behind and defend the ship.
Personally, I think merchants have more sins on their souls than the average soldier, but that's just me. Otherwise I wouldn't be comfortable with the stealing either.
