I want to stab out the eyes of the instructors who think group work is appropriate for college and/or university level education. Said group work being the reason I have not slept in approximately 29 hours. Though it is likely I will pass said course, excepting all the various group trials and debacles, as my sleepy self still managed to kick ( Read more... )

When I didn't really know you, I used to find your demeanor creepy. I mean, nobody could be that stable and nice all the time, so I kept waiting for you to go apeshit and pull out some sort of semiautomatic. But then I found out, wow! You really are that nice and stable. Psych.

i remember one time when i was feeling down and even though you didn't know me you came and you talked with me and were actually listening to what i was saying instead of just listening for your turn to talk. it meant more than i obviously expressed to you at a time or even ever since then. i have always wanted to get to know you more and feel bad that i'm never initiating conversations or anything with you. maybe that will change now though that i've reflected on this.

I think you should go out more. Just because you're spending the day alone, doesn't mean you should spend it at home. Go to a bar, go to a club, go to a nerd store, go to a cult meeting -- just get out there and do things without your established friends, because I don't think you'll really be happy until you do.
