BASICS...
Even villains have their strengths and weaknesses. What are yours? Strengths first! I'm ambitious, independent, rational, and resourceful. I'm intelligent, quick on my feet and (as a villain) I'd be full of surprises. Now for weaknesses! I'm a classy kind of villain, so I'll refuse to do certain things I find morally offensive (a downside since most villains don't really care). These are just MY morals, though - they may or may not be warped. I also let my emotions get in the way of things sometimes - despite my usual coolness and rationality, there are moments where I show flashes of insanity.
Are you a leader, follower or do you prefer to be a loner? Definite loner, with a little leader thrown in there. Sure, I'll put up with people if I have to, but I would probably hate the kind of crowd a villain typically has. Minions almost always mess things up.
Are you notoriously evil or not well known? Neither - I'm well known, but not necessarily evil. My intentions aren't actually that bad, it's just the way I go about it that's a little insane. I'm one of those in-between villains you can't figure out. One second I seem to be showing signs of virtue, the next minute I'm as cold and heartless as ever. All part of the plan, baby. >D
What would you rely on most: brute strength or magical prowess? Um how about mind trickery? Would that fall under magic? Then THAT. As for strength, I'm more elusive and light-footed than brutally strong.
Describe your ultimate weapon. A dagger that glows when Orcs are near. Like I said, I'd be fast and elusive, able to sneak up on my enemies. And I mean, anyone can kill someone with a gun or a gravity-defying sword: short-range weapons require skill.

DEEPER...
Every villain has their own back story, what is yours? Originally I was an idealistic, optimistic person but I suffered great tragedy throughout my life. At first there were small little accidents, but they escalated into huge events that completely shattered my identity. Because of that, I grew up independent, trusting only myself, doubting everyone else around. As time wore on, I became just a little crazy, and heck - I like chaos now.
Are you more comfortable in giving orders or carrying them out? I'd prefer to be the one giving and carrying out my own orders, really. However, if I have to choose one, I'd rather carry out orders. I can trust myself to get jobs done, but I can't say that about other people.
As a villain, what's your motive? A motive? Let's just say I don't like the way things are and I wish to change them. I expected so much of the world and all it did was disappoint me, so now I'm fighting back.
Do you prefer to work behind the scenes or would you rather be on the front lines? Behind the scenes, but I'd be sure to make frequent appearances.
Villains have one or several natural abilities. Name one of yours. A clever tongue. It doesn't sound as cool as a lot of abilities, but it certainly has its uses. Especially when you have a short bout with an enemy and they're left wondering what the heck you meant after leaving them with a few words to think about and disappearing. Distractions are always fun, right? Mind control would also be sweet. I could just mess with the character who's already screwed up, though.
ANYTHING ELSE? I tried to make things as consistent as possible. Sorry if there are a few contradictions. And I'm sorry for the length. Guess I was really into this theme. xD
