Spy Boys in Bondage, Vol. 2
Season 2. So much more like it. A lot more caps this time. 20 of 30 episodes feature some kind of bondage, several have multiple occurrences, and they started to be a bit more creative about it. Illya gets more of his fair share of trussing-ups. Also, the series has gone to color!

The cliff-hanger for this two parter involves our heroes in immediate peril. Illya and the innocent are tied together, suspended over a bottomless pit, and there's a candle burning through the rope.
meanwhile, Napoleon is strapped to a slab with a pendulum blade swinging over him. HOW WILL THEY ESCAPE!?
202: "The Alexander the Greater Affair pt.2"
a creepy little man wants to mummify Illya alive. To do this, he strips him. I now give you other angles from this scene to get the full extent of the bondage.
Full mummification! That's eXtreme bondage.
203: "The Ultimate Computer Affair"
Sometimes it is just not enough to chain a man to one wall.
His feet as well! Overall forcing Napoleon to stand spread-eagle.
Some dignity regained as he is conventionally tied to a sofa with the Innocent.
204: "The Foxes and Hounds Affair"
When chairs aren't good enough. Strap your enemy to these...leany things with armrests.
205: "The Discotheque Affair"
In a go-go cage and tied up? I think this Innocent is overestimated.
Left in a cell and tied to the bars. Again with this incarceration double-whammy.
208: "The Tigers are Coming Affair"
hog-tied, blindfolded, left for tiger bait. Ah, the glamourous life of a spy.
Napoleon and Illya being tied together does not happen as often as one would like.
209: "The Deadly Toys Affair"
meat hooks in a freezer!
and now I must present you one of those times I love the method of escape just as much as the tied-up bit.

Puppet strings! Seriously! Puppet strings!
211: "The Virtue Affair"
handcuffed and being chased by an archer with a freakin' target painted on his back.
Once again: Illya's amazing feats whilst his hands aren't completely free.
Same ep, different chains. Manacled to the scaffold where he's to be guillotined.
212: "The Children's Day Affair"
Illya's having a rough couple of weeks.
It gets worse as "Mother Fear" throws hot tea in his face and starts undoing his clothes as she threatens to "take the strap" to him.
which apparently she does! Since Napoleon finds him later and has to tend Illya's wounds.
214: "The Yukon Affair"
Tied together in an igloo. omg Napoleon's hat.
Why with Napoleon tied up to the beam like that. What could the man in the chair possibly have planned for him?
Oh show. You give us so many kinks to work with.
216: "The Dippy Blonde Affair"
To a light fixture.
A simple chair tie-up, but he does get slapped around a bit.
217: "The Deadly Goddess Affair"
Napoleon is once again bound to the interior decoration.
Death by high-tide! (and excuse for everyone to get wet, including Illya who saves them all)
218: "The Birds and the Bees Affair"
These normal manacle chairs are given an accent of sophistication with their gold chains and cuffs.
222: "The Foreign Legion Affair"
Upside down on a ladder.
Close-up to get the full hair effect.
While Napoleon is tied to a bed....and doesn't seem to mind very much.
225: "The King of Diamonds Affair"
To the end of a mine-cart track.
And then to the barrels of canons. Overkill much?

Lackluster bondage made up for by Martin Landau's awesome campitude.

Electrodes are for torture.

Would've been better if the legs were apart. But then maybe that would've been too obscene for the 1960s? But then with the legs together and the arms out, you just get a Christ thing going. Which is hilarious with a man who's played Judas (there is an ep from earlier when someone calls Illya "Judas". I snickered).

Which concludes season 2. Next will be Season 3. Oh season 3...the pain. The pain! for me that is. But it must be done! "The Concrete Overcoat Affair" is in there, and that's the ep that had to be edited b/c of the torture. Also, that they're due back at the library in just another week or so means I can't procrastinate on it, and I need to get to season 4! Oh "Gurnius Affair"! All the H/C fics you have inspired.
