Well, that didn't last long

So, despite my AMAZING feel-good day yesterday, when it was time for bed... *sigh*

It was the same situation from Friday/Saturday.  Like, exactly. At least I was able to sleep-in and not have to work until later this evening.

Think I will take some friendly advice and see if taking tryptophan will help me. The only place I know that actually ( Read more... )

At the very least the store did have different dosages. So I got a bottle of 100mg each. Even though the lady at the store was all "500 ain't so bad."

And I kinda side-eyed her, but I suppose whatever works for whomever and whatever reasons. We'll see how taking just a couple does for me tonight, ja?

Yeah, and it depends on the quality/purity of the stuff, too. It can vary like crazy between supplements--now I have this pharmacological strength one on prescription that knocks me out at 200 mg, but sometimes I would have to take 500 mg of this supplementy one I got from a health food shop.

Really hope it helps. It should be good for the mood the following day at least. Might take a week or so until you get proper results, as it's one of those that's best taken regularly for the best effects. Good luck! *SQUISH*
