Call the cops! We used to on our next door neighbors and I live in a dorm now and we call campus police all the time on the people above us.

Agreed! Contacting the po-lice is for a noise complaint is your right as a tax payer. And as the boys in blue are likely to hassle the proprietor, doing it now may mean less noise in future, as the owner with make his customers keep it down rather than risk getting a citation and fine! You don't have to confront them on your own in the middle of the night either! That is also why we have police. Good luck!
