Merry Christmas! To all who celebrate, I hope you had a lovely day, however you spent it. This was the first year that my family couldn't get together -- my nephew and his wife are both working today -- so we are celebrating tomorrow. I spent my day reading, relaxing, and trying to work on my 2025 journals, which are nowhere near completion

Ah, well, at least one was really good, hopefyully making up for the two that weren't. But I especially hate when an animal book disappoints.

I think I did not realize how prevalent the Hallmark Special was in book form. Which is silly that I didn't realize in retrospect because it's a pretty basic romance trope. Ah well.
