I start monday. I'm a little scared....:-[ i start at 5.75 an hour, i get my uniform when i go in, i'll prolly start on counter, or maybe broiler...she's gonna call thursday and tell me my hours.....it kinda sucks.....i have to start work the week chris comes back.....:( oh well..i get paid every two weeks (that bites, but at least its money ( Read more... )

you'll do fine at work....you're smart, so all you really need to do is show some motivation and willingness to work and they'll think you're great employee....but, don't forget....it's just a job....don't suffer because of it and don't put up with crap....i've had so many jobs in my life that i don't think i can ever remember them all...it's normal to be nervous for your first job, but don't worry too much....mcdonalds gets new employees all the time (even ones with zero previous work experience), so don't be afraid to ask questions and ask for help....and, remember, if all else fails, ask "would you like fries with that?"
