Who: Severus and Corinna
Where: Blackwell Manor, upstairs study
When: early in summer vacation
Sev L Snape: Leaning against the arm of a chair, Severus flipped through a book as he finally spoke up, asking casually, "So, Rin, did you want to go Wilkes' and Bristol's wedding reception with me, then?"
CorinnaBlackwell: "Mmmm.... no," she says with a grin, looking over at him.
Sev L Snape: "WHA-" he protested, finally looking up at her to see the grin. Trying to scowl without smiling, he said sarcastically, "Haha, very funny, Rin."
CorinnaBlackwell: "No I'm serious, Im not going." She says with a wider grin, turning nose up.
Sev L Snape: "You don't even want to hear me sing?" he asks, mock pouting.
CorinnaBlackwell: "But you just said Walden isn't playing, so how do you know you really have the band there?" She points out as she leans against the side of the fireplace, arms crossed in front of her, watching him, as she now frowns.
Sev L Snape: "He said it depends on when they have it," he returns, crossing his arms and shifting his weight to one foot as he looks away a bit.
CorinnaBlackwell: "And if its, say, next week, will you still go?" She says, eyeing him up and down.
Sev L Snape: "Yeah, cause it'll still be Avery, Evan and I," he says with a shrug. "Those two've been playing for at least a year, and with a couple more practices, I can match up with them fine."
CorinnaBlackwell: "Well, I'm sure you lot will have fun," she says as she side glances, peering at the partially open door to see if anyone was coming down the hallway to say dinner was ready.
Sev L Snape: "Awww, c'mon, Rin...." he practically whines, finally coming over to her and attempting to wrap his arms around her before lowering his voice. "Free alcohol, come on!"
CorinnaBlackwell: She goes to protest and then stops. She lifts her chin and looks at him, her voice actually pitching up. "Free? Even underaged?"
Sev L Snape: "Hopefully," he says with a slight grin, burrowing his face in her shoulder for a moment. He glances up at her slightly, (and considering he's taller than her, that's something of a feat!) and adds, "Even if there isn't, I'll make it up to you."
CorinnaBlackwell: "Is that so," she says, her eyes going half closed as she glances at the side of his cheek. She brought a hand up to press into his hair. "And will you dance, then, this time?"
Sev L Snape: "Hey, I was going to last time!" he protests as he straightens up a bit, pulling her close and nuzzling her ear for a moment. After a moment, he breathes out quietly in her ear, "And yeah, I'll dance... with you. If you want to, of course."
CorinnaBlackwell: "Depends if I'm going, though." She says back to him, feeling the familiar tingle move down her neck and spine (everytime he does that!). "Let me think about it." She tells him, now cocking her head slightly away from him, but exposing her ear more.
Sev L Snape: "Say yes?" he says in barely more than a whisper, a slight smile curving his lips before he blows lightly in her ear, kissing the skin just below her ear a split second later.
CorinnaBlackwell: The tingling jumped to her stomach, exceeding any feeling of butterflies that one could possibly have. Her eyelids dropped closed and she exhaled slowly through parted lips. She then slowly opened her eyes and let out a small groan. "Okay," was heard somewhere in there.
Sev L Snape: I'm good, he thinks, letting out a soft, "Mmm.." to let her know he'd heard, keeping his mouth pressed against her neck as he worked his way down to her jaw. Pulling away only slightly, still pressing light kisses to her skin, he said in a quiet, breathless tone in between kisses, "Knew you'd come around."
CorinnaBlackwell: "Why do you always do that...play me like a used instrument," she whispered, not really sounding upset but relaxed and absorbed in feeling him kiss her. "i guess you're just that good." She says as her eyes slide shut again.
Sev L Snape: Pausing for a moment, he glanced up at her eyes, his own wide as he pulled away slightly to ask, "Really, Rin, can you read minds?"
CorinnaBlackwell: She stared at him, dumbfounded, her mouth hanging open slightly. "What?" She said quietly, wondering if he was playing another game. "What are you talking about?"
Sev L Snape: Blinking a bit, he shook his head and said quietly, "Not important... Come 'ere." With that, he leaned towards her again
CorinnaBlackwell: A small coy smile snaked across her lips as she let him press up against her. She brushed her nose against his, meaning to move in for a kiss. It was when her lips almost grazed his that she paused. Staring at his mouth, she looked upwards at his eyes. "Are you sure?"
Sev L Snape: "Pretty sure..." he said in almost a whimper, not letting her get completely away with toying with him as he leant down and captured her lips in a hard kiss, pressing one hand flat against the stone of the fireplace.
CorinnaBlackwell: She responded quickly, pressing her body up against his as much as she could, her arms wrapping around him. Kissing him hard, she let her eyelids lower again, thus dropping the subject.
Sev L Snape: Yay! he thought, taking advantage of her actions to slip his free arm through the small space between her back and the fireplace, wrapping his arm snugly around her waist as his fingers curled firmly around her hip, anchoring her to him as he pressed her back against the wall a bit. Lips curving in a slight smile, he closed his eyes as well and tilted his head into the kiss to deepen it, nibbling at her bottom lip.
CorinnaBlackwell: She made a small noise of almost-protest but it turned into a small whine. She ran her hands down his front, pressing her palms firmly against his chest as she breathed out sharply through her nose. She felt herself starting to breath harder, and the thought that anyone from her family could walk in seemed furthest from her mind right there and then.
Sev L Snape: It hadn't even occured to him that they were still in the study as he kissed her. In fact, he was so absorbed in kissing her senseless, that he failed to hear the footsteps in the hallway until a sharp knock sounded at the door and her dad's voice boomed out, "Supper is ready in five minutes, you two!"
CorinnaBlackwell: She quickly broke the kiss and turned her head so fast that she felt a sharp pain in her neck. "My father!" She breathed and then winced at the stitch in her neck.
Sev L Snape: Propelling backwards from her a couple steps, Severus turned his head to eye the door out of the corner of his eye just as it opened and Brennan stuck his head in and smiled at them. "You two coming down for dinner, or hibernating up here?"
CorinnaBlackwell: She stared at her dad wide eyed for a second and then smiled at him, a wide grin that covered up her nerves well. "We're coming!" Her voice practically squeaked.
Sev L Snape: Not trusting his voice to speak right at that moment, Severus nodded quickly, glancing around as he did for the letter he'd dropped while trying to 'convince' Corinna to go with him.
Brennan: Taking in the flushed and flustered appearance of the two teens, Brennan decided to play it off as if nothing had happened, keeping the smile and nodding to them as he said, "I'll let Amara know, then. Don't keep her waiting too long." With that he closed the door, smile dropping as he studied the door carefully, as if he could see through it. After a moment, he shook his head and started away, saying softly under his breath, "Teens will be teens..."
