There's a new security guard in the lobby of my office building. I came back from lunch today, and as I swiped my badge and walked through he blocked me way and said "Hey little buddy. Let me see that." I said "See what?". To which he replied, "I need to see your badge

Indians do that a lot, like cab drivers and guys who own bodegas in New York. I think it has something to do with the way their language is structured where its ok to call everyone the arabic term for buddy...I think, or maybe I'm just totally being racist, which wouldn't surprise me.

Anyhoo, I just hate that word PERIOD! All my straight friends LOVE to use it. It's so annoying. But if it's preceded by another word, as in "shopping", "f*ck" or "j/o", then it becomes workable. Don't you agree?
