Unregistered Project: Romantic Mourning OP

I've had the Simplicity Alice and Wonderland pattern for about five/six years now and never really used it until recently, to make my Romantic Mourning Lolita OP. Funnily enough, I ended up cutting out the pattern wrong as the labels were a bit off with some mistakes, but in the end it was in my favour. I love the lace down the front of the dress, it's gorgeous.

Thank you for commenting on the pattern, I've been really curious about it. The mutton-leg sleeves put me off the pattern initially, but you wear it pretty well.

Thank you! The lace really makes the dress, I think. :)

The pattern is actually really good, just some printing mistakes; so if you're thinking of getting it, I'd say go for it! You could always change the sleeves for another pattern, without the leg of mutton - maybe some straight, long sleeves down the the wrist with a cuff?
