I bought the wackiest Metamorphose kimono style fabric a few years ago. Orginally it was for a summer dress, but it was a little too much.

Lolita tiered skirts are very easy! An example of a two-tiered skirt (I think you should use a rectangle if this is your print) would be something like this:
First Tier: 1/2 skirt length X 2xwaist
Second Tier: 1/2 skirt length X 2xFirst Tier
Gather the lower tier to the first, then gather the first tier to your waist measure, and finish the seam. It doesn't seem you have enough fabric for a three-tiered skirt, though!

I found out x2 and x4 waist would no way match the fabric length, I have to cut 2 strips and one of them in ½ to match it. However if I do it with 5, I just cut 2 strips out and have plenty of seam allowance. I did forget the seam allowance on first one calculation.

if my waist is 76cm
2x76 = 152 cm for first tier
2x152= 304cm for second tier
whithout seam allowance.
If I add 5 cm in each end of tiers for Murphy's law af lacking seam allowance. I should be able to cut 3 strips of 162cm in length. i think the width is the easy part. Actually I would have eneogh fabric to waist band and either some bows or matching totebag. Maybe both.

Meta actually has made 3-tiered skirts with their kimono prints.
