After getting my monthly allergy shot, I came home and passed out for an hour.  I woke up to three voicemails from my mom, crying, saying she had Uterine cancer, was being admitted to the hospital, and would I go get her dog.  All she says is that the hospital is off 290.  So I tell Dudley to throw on some shoes, and we'd figure out which hospital

People always think the worst. Hopefully its not cancer, sending thoughts and prayers your way <3

It's always cancer, until it isn't. I guess we automatically assume the worst so we can be pleasantly surprised.

Oof. Sorry you had to get that message. Maybe your mom is just convinced that's what it is, maybe a nurse said something in her hearing, maybe it was manipulative. Either way, I'm sorry you had that fear! Lots of good wishes for a good diagnosis.
