Took me a minute to realize what you were talking about :)

I don't really have a "new" name, I changed my last name in 6th grade to my mom's and took out the middle name my dad added. I just never got a birth cert. with my "new name". I've always just shown copies of the name change papers with my BC, but ooooh no that's not good enough for the precious DMV hahah :)
