Go you and quitting cold turkey. Not that I think doctors are all quacks, but they seem to think pills will fix it. Maybe they do for some people, but nobody knows how you feel better than yourself.

exactly. I really trust my psych... but I think I was on too much. My focus is a little shot, but I think I'd rather work harder on focusing & not feel like a lump of nothingness.
