[hi, have a Shiki wandering through town from the shops and carrying a bunch of bags and her favorite stuffed cat Mr. Mew. But what's this? A boy sewing? Well, she doesn't see that everyday so she's going to stop and watch for a little bit]

[By now he's almost used to the watching. The doll Shiki was carrying caught his eye right away when he looked up at her. He'd never seen anything like it.]

..hey. Where'd you get that?

[blinks and looks down at Mr. Mew to make sure that's what he's actually talking about before looking at him again] Him? Oh, I made him a while ago.

[sewmanly]

You made him? He's totally awesome! I mean, he ain't got bows or clothes or anything, but he's pretty cute anyway.

[Remember that doll-lady you met a little while ago? She's baaaaaack, darling o/ The weather's much warmer lately and the walkways clearer, Sally has been making more trips to store, discovering new materials for her to use. Looking up from her full basket she sees someone very familiar and with a glance over his shoulder]

[Startled a bit, he jumps forward from where he was sitting; ready to beat the crap out of whoever just snuck up behind him.. but he notices who it is. And it's even more of a surprise to see her in person]

Hey, 's you.

[needlesnthread]

[Sally gives him a smile and a little wave.]

Hello Kanji.

[Maybe not as tall as Kanji but Sally's fairly tall herself and isn't bothered in the least. With her hand raised, she points to his little project and chances a guess.]

A bear?

[sewmanly]

Yeah. You're the first person who knew right away. Still got a lotta work to do on him though.

[Nill can't help but stop and stare in awe. She'd never seen someone so... so... so tall before, but that wasn't the first thing that caught her eye. Was he... sewing? A huge grin spreads across her face, and she trots over, peering up and Kanji and his ~*~ amazing ~*~ fingers.]

[It was hard not to notice the daring Nill seeing as she's the only girl who's ever gotten that close and seemed so genuinely interested in what he was doing without being totally frightened of him or laughing at him. It was a little weird. Enough to the point where he just kind of stopped what he was doing and stared at her like she was some kind of alien.]

[Kind of gets this whole KICKED PUPPY EXPRESSION when he stares down at her, because hey, Kanji is REALLY SCARY LOOKING. She shuffles a little on the spot, looking around.]

...

[But then she smiles, lifting her head again to look at the little half-formed bear.]

[You can sort of see a visible blush on his face. He turns his head and rubs his neck a bit sheepishly as he holds out the bear more for her to see with his other hand.]

[SO TEMPTED TO CALL HIM GAY.................. but doesn't. Just kind of looks at Kanji's face, then down at the bear in one fluid motion.]

I wouldn't have pinned you as the type.

[sewmanly]

[..that tone irks him, so he gives a bit of a glare up at him. Watch your words, Ryoji :|]

Whaddya mean 'type'?

I mean-- [OH GOD flinches at the glare, holding up his hands as if in surrender.] Stereotypes, sorry.

But hey... [Back to smiling, he points to the bear, then at Kanji.]

You must be really popular with the girls, right?

[Stares. You are very tall, and I am a small person PERSONA PEOPLE YAY]

That is the cloth given to new arrivals... isn't it?

Huh? Oh yeah. I wasn't gonna wear it anymore.

[POSSIBLY She tilts her head.]
