You are most definitely not the only one who has been down that path. It has happened to me many times. Unfortunately I don't know if I have a real answer for you since whenever I lost motivation I seemed to get forced into something at work and when I was done, I wanted to do stuff again cause I didn't have the chance to for a while. Maybe trying to do something different for a bit will get you motivated again and miss the things you used to do? Or maybe doing something for other people so you feel obligated to do it, so it isn't just 'I can do it later, it's just for myself'. This could be useless info, but you aren't alone man.

i just try to read books and sleep a lot until i start to feel better. also make sure you get plenty of sunshine and fresh air, every chance you get. i really think fighting depression is best done with equal parts rest and time in the great outdoors.

you are making progress, even though it seems slow and lonely sometimes, don't forget! i know how you feel. try to find something you are proud of that you have achieved in the past year, and remember to really appreciate yourself for it. there is always something good to find, if you are willing to look.
