I see the next step in city planning to be a widespread honey-combing of the Earth's crust, thus nearly doubling the livable space. And can you imagine cities with but a few streets here and there, solely for the purpose of freight trucks? Can you imagine how spacious our living areas would be?

Food for thought, I guess.
