dreams suck sometimes. And sometimes it sucks that they're dreams. Especially ones about exes. They are so emotionally distressing. And it's pretty much impossible to control what you dream about. I've tried the thinking of something right before you fal asleep. But I always wonder off on accident and in the back of my mind think of something else then im just fucked.

yeah it's never worked for me, i can't remember much of what i dreamed last night as it's too personal, but i swear my head is borked lol
