You cant have people post anonymous comments when you have made the post friends only, make it public then they can.

If that doesnt work then go to your edit personal information page and towards the bottom of the page it says 'Who can reply to your entries?' and has a drop down menu of 3 options make sure its on 'Anybody' and then people can post anonymously.
