Northeasterner's are rude. But, we're too busy and self-absorbed to rape and murder a nice country girl like you. hehe. So, you should have a great time. :)

I wish I was closer, I'd offer to do dinner or something. However NYC is about a 4 hour drive from here. And, 8 hours of driving is a little long for dinner. ;)

Have fun and I friended you back!

oh, I forgot you lived up north. well, I didn't actually, I just thought you lived farther north than I'm thinking. I'll avoid northeasterners.

what, I'm not worth an 8 hour drive? I'm offended. Hee hee

hehe. Well, "The Northeast" includes NY, NJ, and PA in addtion to the New England states. So... Avoiding "northeasterners" in NY maybe a little tough. ;)

Have a great time!

Everyone told me that people in London were really rude. But I thought it was the same as any big city. It's just that there are a lot of people and everyone is in a hurry so they bustle around and get irritated when other people are too slow or get in their way. And nobody makes eye contact because they're all scared of everyone else. Just don't try to buddy up to anyone you don't already know and you'll be fine. And don't ask for directions. People will tell you, with confidence, and they'll sound like they know what they're talking about, but it will only get you more lost!

aww! that's kinda sad. I'm the sort of gal who strikes up conversations with people in check out lines, etc. But then again, I'll probably be scared of all of them, too, so I'll keep my mouth shut.

and asking for directions never works

YAY! I'm so excited that you're writing again.

I can't wait for NYC...but even from California, I'm nervous about being dressed too CASUAL. Everyone is NYC is so fashion savvy and styling-- I don't want to feell ike a schmuck in jeans and flip-flips (oh so beach style, CA).

I've started my NYC clothes shoppping already. LOL. I'm hoping that a plus-size model scout will discover me and make me richhhh.

hee! maybe so. I don't think even the plus sized model scouts want me. :( The prospect of going to new york with all the fashionable, beautiful poeple is making me feel really ugly and fat. I don't think I'll evvvvver be thin and pretty. *sniff* I just don't have the will power.

When I went to London and Paris, I felt so underdressed. They're so fashionable, and although I am modern, I am a simple girl. I love my jeans. :)

I want to look hotttt in New York...but I don't know if that super trendy look is ME.
