I ate soo much today. Man :(
Breakfast:
a piece of watermelon
Lunch:
Green Tea + tons of water
Dinner:
a cup of grilled fatless chicken with peas and brocolli
Snack:
Orange
I feel like throwing my guts up. I ATE TOO MUCH :[
tomorrow Im fasting. Thats IT.

yea , its hard. I must admit. And no pill, gum, drink, ect can ever take away hunger pains because they will always be there but I just deal with them. I was hungry so I had an orange. I felt good.
I used to eat a whole box of pizza..grr those were the days I was about 230
