Thought I would give you a photo update after being on the Tony Ferguson program for almost 18 weeks now. There is such a difference you won't believe it.

I have no idea if you use this and/or remember me.. but I swear I saw you yesterday at Chermside. I have sometimes thought I have seen Andrew around at Chermside and at the gym but didn't think much of it as you used to live near Capalaba or something ???

However, I could have SWORN on my pay that I saw you drop him off at the goodlife gym yesterday..?? If so.. do you go there.. I go there!
We should train :o)

To be honest I had foregotten about my life journal for quite some time... I do remember you and yes it probably was me that you saw the other day. I've lived at Chermside for over 3 years now. Andrew is a member of goodlife but I'm considering it, although i've still got 12 mths of study left... so between work and study i don't get much time to exercise.

Well if you join let me know, I'm there regulary (read: alot) so yeah.
Least now when I see Andrew I'm not going nuts.
