Bored of directors

God, I'm bored. I'm so bored, I'm almost too lazy to experience boredom, you know? Ever get like that? It feels like it's been weeks since I took joy in anything I've done and I sit here staring blankly at whatever the Internet decides to tube my way, all the while observing half-heartedly how boring it all is. I mean, what's the point? In ANY of ( Read more... )

OH MY GOD I AM GETTING ON A PLANE TO VEGAS RIGHT NOW AND YOU ARE TAKING ME BACK TO THIS EXHIBIT BECAUSE THIS IS SO AWESOME.

P.S.: You and Skyblade are two of my favorite people ever. You know that?

See, YOU would never tell me to put my camera phone away. *glares at Pineapple*

I didn't know that. Thank you for telling me. His head probably blew up to twice it's size, but just know that *I'm* humble enough to appreciate it. ;)

Hell no. In fact, you and me would probably be standing off to the side with both of our camera phones out, giggling like idiots until we were caught.

And yes it's true. You and Skyblade are probably two of like... five people I would actually consider spending money to travel and actualy meet in real life. (oh dear, we're approaching the creep factor again... but you know what I mean, right?)

I do know what you mean. But you have to promise to meet skyblade first--that way, I can make a far better impression after I read about your meeting with him!

I know, right! I'm tongue-tied and writer-blocked when it comes to the truly worthy posts, but when someone's gerbil dies, I'm fucking Hemingway. *sigh*

Go see a body exhibit! ANY body exhibit! And don't be an oppressed wuss like me and take plenty of photos!

Ok ok. I read the convo. It's just funny to see how you two got from point "A" to point... ummm... "F". I'm sittin here at work with a big, dumb grin, replayin the conversation with bullet points:

Big frogs. Big pets. Elephants. Elephants eat corn. Elephant snot. Dinosaur snot. Steven Spielberg is a pedophile...

*wipes tear* Gawd bless you. You just made getting to work fun.

Oo! And that body exhibit thingy? Fackin r0x0rz! (notice my use of geekery! NOTICE!).

I don't know if it's ADD or psychopathic tendencies or what the fuck, but sometimes our conversations disturb even me.

I'm glad I can brighten your work day a little, Mattie. Too bad you're asleep when I'm bored and ready to hang myself at work!

If you ever get a chance to check out a body exhibit, please do so! It's much more fascinating than I've described.

Actually, everything's more fascinating than I describe. Damn writer's block! >:(

Ugggh... see, there's only so much I can take of real life carnage. I can watch horror movies and violent shoot 'em ups alla time because I know it's fake and my disbelief is really never fully suspended.

But the real, human deal gets under my skin after a while, even when it has nothing to do with violence. I can handle it in small doses, for instance, I've seen a human cadaver splayed open for research purposes and my morbid curiosity will occasionally lead me to websites like rotten.com for a very small dose.

But an entire exhibit, up-close and displayed in the manner of art would probably creep me out just a bit.

It creeps everyone out a bit, honestly. I'm just probably a serial killer at heart, is all. :D

See, I know wutcha mean. But every time I start thinking I might be a sociopath, I'll feel bad about something and go "Oh, okay. I'm not in danger of like mutilating prostitutes or anything. Yet."
