Again. Why do people in the court and state services never tell you the truth? I'm really kind of tired of getting at least 3 different versions of a single story and none of them are correct. Why can't they just tell you the truth, short sweet and to the point? Why does it have to be so fu**** confusing? WHY?

As far as I understand it, (stop laughing) the Driver's Responsibility Fee is just a one-time charge, but you can set up a payment plan to pay it off. Unless, of course, the State of Michigan got even MORE retarded since I've moved... that's alway a possibility...

Well, actually I have to pay twice. Once this year and once next year. And there is the possibility of a payment plan...if the fee is 500 dollars or more. But alas I only owe 200, which isn't as horrible as I originally thought...just means I'm gonna be broke for a little while longer.
