Let go of your concept of reality. That kind of reminds me of the argument over whether "free will" exists. Basically, you have to do something for some kind of reason. Even doing something for the sake of "free will" is a reason. If you don't do something for any reason, a lot of people construe that as just being "impulsive."

I do not know where I stand on this issue, but I do disagree on one part. The part about democracy being a cover up for the christian faith. I agree that christianity plays a bigger role than it should, but you should clearify this statement. Christianity plays a big role because pretty much everyone invovled in the government is christian. They are elected officials. THe majority of the US population still either claims to be a practicing christian, or have no problem with the religion. These are the people who allow christianity to play a big role. So is it really that democracy is just a cover up, or is it that democracy reflects the majority of the country and so is seen in political decisions?
