The first reality show I give a shit about in ages and the person I wanted to win, won.

My mother made me watch that show the other week and I hadn't seen it before.. I caught a few more episodes after that and was rooting for Michelle.. was very impressed with everybody's weight loss though! Some look so different.

I know! You could see that Heba still felt awkward though -- none of them are really 'adjusted' to being thinner yet.

I am sure it would be a shock.. I hope they can keep it off! I heard that some of the former winners gained their weight back...

I know! I heard that too. That's horrible. So determined to win the game but not to keep the weight off.

Michelle looked HOT -- a lot of the women did. The men weren't so bad but that father/son team were the heaviest still.
