Even with the mom hair, she is all hot and diplomatic and sometimes I can imagine that she a Teyla are lesbian type love buddies and I get a happy. NO MORE. And instead we get Sam? I hate Sam. Is it slightly irrational hatred based on what I've gleamed of her interactions with McKay on Stargate SG-1? Yes. Is it news to anyone that I'm petty? Nope. Oh man, and if we get a Sam/McKay romance, even if its just more one sided crushing from McKay, I WILL BE FORCED TO THROW MYSELF ON MY SWORD. Or on the pointy corner of my monitor. And hintings of John/Teyla in canon? WHY IS MY LIFE SO HARD. That is just... oceans of wrong. And I like Teyla. But inevitably any mention of a ::shudder of pain and/or disgust:: romance will cause me to hate them both. Blah. And don't even get me started on the whole "John was married" thing. Come on now. I've seen the hair. You can't pull a fast one on me. If it isn't all lies, she was clearly his beard. Or possibly a fellow officer who was a lesbian and agreed to marry him to throw The Man off the scent of their gayosity? I CAN ONLY PRAY.
