Bring it to a head with a hot wash cloth (takes 20-30 mins) and squeeze the pus out of it.

And then use its warm thick juices for a Holiday gravy.

If all else fails from the above comments, go see your doc andnsee what they say. Some times it takes a course of antibiotics to kill said boil. *hugs*
