how much do you get an hour?

$6 base pay, commission if you sell more than $100 per hour, plus SPIFF's which is basically bonus cash for selling high-priced items like cell phones and warranties. I sold 3 cell phones, which gets me $50.00 in SPIFF's, and $700 in ring credit, which puts me in commission range. To break it all down:

$33 in commission (about $8 per hour)
$50 in SPIFFs

$80 total

If you work a shitty week and don't sell much, you only get the $6 per hour baseline pay.

I also forgot to add that commission is about 5-6% of your total sales for the week.

$700 sales * 6% comission = $33

cool. becuase i really didnt think youd get like 20 dollars an hour for working there. guess you should work there more right now, with the holiday and shit. people are spending mad money
